Travel and Transport Meeting Trends offers a comprehensive solution for attendee
registration and venue sourcing, utilizing Cvent technology. The Cvent system encompasses
a flexible assortment of the tools necessary to take your meetings and events to
the next level of success, no matter how large or small your needs may be. Cvent
can be customized to fit the unique needs of your program. By automating the event
planning and management process, the technology enables you to focus on the content
of your program instead of managing time-consuming manual processes.

MeetingView is the Internet based registration technology that provides a user-friendly
solution for providing information to meeting attendees and collecting data for
the purpose of registration and logistics. The powerful reporting functionality
features a multitude of standard categories of reports with numerous query options.
In addition, Meeting Trends utilizes Starcite’s Marketplace for on-line hotel sourcing
of programs varying in size and complexity.

eTTek Events
|
|
eTTek Events is Travel and Transport’s proprietary arrival/departure manifest technology.
Travel and Transport clients have the ability to monitor group air movements with
this product. These web-based reports make it easy for planners to review and maintain
group travel manifests from any PC.

eTTek Events provides four standard, customizable reports that are available upon
request:
- Complete itinerary reports
- Arrival manifests
- Departure manifests
- Origination city reports.

The applications of eTTek Events reporting are limitless. These manifests display
and identify new, changed and/or cancelled itineraries and each report can be printed,
e-mailed or exported into Excel. Reports can be distributed to ground transportation
companies to ensure proper transfers are reserved for all attendees. Hotels can
utilize eTTek Events reports to ensure they are adequately staffed for peak check-in
and departure times.

These manifests display and identify new, changed and/or cancelled itineraries and

This system is unique as it is built to accept manual entries (originating from

corporations to generate web-based reports to assist with their meeting and incentive
programs. This tool allows the flexibility to query data at the company level or
by specific departments. It empowers the company with information regarding total
spend by program and vendor as well as a variety of workload reports. Meeting information
entered into our web-based Meeting Registration Form is automatically captured by
eTTek Meeting Tracker system.

TravelQuote – Online Group Air Booking

Travel and Transport’s proprietary group air travel system, TravelQuote, provides
a user-friendly, cost-effective solution for travelers to book their group airline
reservations online at their convenience. Each unique TravelQuote site can be customized
to the meeting policy set by your company, including class of service, maximum airfare,
city pairs, date range, preferred carriers, etc.

TravelQuote has several important elements designed specifically for group travel,
including the ability to book a meeting attendee and their guests on a single e
airline reservation. TravelQuote will integrate both corporate air agreements and
meeting discounts to ensure the best possible rate is confirmed for your attendees.

Meeting Registration Form

Travel and Transport’s proprietary Meeting Registration system enables companies
to quickly and easily provide their specific meeting requirements to Meeting Trends
in a user friendly, web-based format. Once completed, the notification form will
be submitted electronically to a meeting planner at Meeting Trends, with a copy
sent via e-mail to the requestor and the event manager.
