the purpose of registration and logistics. The powerful reporting functionality
features a multitude of standard categories of reports with numerous query options.
In addition, Meeting Trends utilizes Starcite’s Marketplace for on-line hotel sourcing
of programs varying in size and complexity.

eTTek Events
|
|
eTTek Events is Travel and Transport’s proprietary arrival/departure manifest technology.
Travel and Transport clients have the ability to monitor group air movements with
this product. These web-based reports make it easy for planners to review and maintain
group travel manifests from any PC.

eTTek Events provides four standard, customizable reports that are available upon
request:
- Complete itinerary reports
- Arrival manifests
- Departure manifests
- Origination city reports.

These manifests display and identify new, changed and/or cancelled itineraries and
each report can be printed, e-mailed or exported into an Excel format. It enables
a planner to provide information to a ground transportation company quickly and
efficiently.

This system is unique as it is built to accept manual entries (originating from
other GDS systems, web bookings, etc.), allowing planners to run comprehensive group
reports that include all itineraries, not just those that were booked through Travel
and Transport.

Meeting Tracker

Designed for meeting consolidation purposes, this proprietary application enables
you to generate Internet-based reports on your organizations meeting and incentive
programs. Meeting Tracker allows you the flexibility to query data at the company
level or by specific departments or cost centers. It empowers you with information
regarding your total spend by program & vendor as well as a variety of Workload
and Return-on-Investment reports. Through a group authorization process, this tool
can assist your organization in identifying group travel that may not be captured
today if it is being planned outside of the designated company planner group. Meeting
Tracker is a cost-effective technology solution to assist you with your meeting
consolidation efforts.
