Kim has been in the travel industry since 1990 and joined Meeting Trends at Travel and Transport in July of 2000. Before rejoining Meeting Trends in April of 2005, Kim was the Account Service Manager for Loyalty Innovations, a division of Travel and Transport. Kim is responsible for Meeting Trends' multi-center call operations, group travel leads, group air agents and Quality team. Kim is located at our headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.
